***Update - The president of Haute Shore reached out and offered to replace the bag. The new one arrived today, and it’s perfect! The quality is up to the standard of all the bags that I purchased in the past. Thank you Beth for taking care of this!
There’s an ink mark under the lining on the inside of the bag. I can live with it. The bag comes with two straps. The chain link strap also has two ink marks on it. I reached out to customer service and sent photos. Today a new strap arrived, no one told me it was coming. The one I received today is WORSE! It’s dirty, the hardware is scuffed and the strap looks used. I have made many many purchases over the years but this will be my last.
