Looks great but foul smell

I emailed support regarding this. I have purchased several bags from Haute and have always been very happy. This particular item arrived with a packaged foul smell and I am trying everything to air it out. I love the look of it but cannot use it with the odor.

LOVE THIS TOTE

I have a camouflage tote that I bought several years ago. I use it frequently and it it still looks new but I wanted a more updated sophisticated looking one. I chose the Java tote absolutely love it! Looking forward to using it. I wear black frequently and will use it as my “purse” on a plane and my beach bag.
